Refund Policy
At North Shore Equipment & Supply, we are committed to providing high-quality power equipment and bulk landscaping supplies to our customers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, please review our refund policy below:
1. Equipment Purchases (Power Equipment)
Returns & Exchanges:

You may return unused and unassembled power equipment within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the equipment must be in its original condition, with all accessories, parts, packaging, and manuals intact.

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Defective or Damaged Equipment:

If your power equipment is defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

We will arrange for a return or replacement at no cost to you, or provide a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Please provide photographs or a description of the damage/defect to expedite the process or bring to our location.
Restocking Fees:

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned equipment, except in cases of manufacturer defects or errors on our part.
2. Bulk Landscaping Supplies (Soil, Mulch, Gravel, etc.)
Returns & Exchanges:

Due to the nature of bulk products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on landscaping supplies, including soil, mulch, gravel, or other bulk items.

Please ensure that you order the correct quantity and type of product before finalizing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Products:

If you receive an incorrect or damaged bulk product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will either send the correct product or offer a full refund for the incorrect or damaged items.
3. Refund Process

Photographs or description (if applicable) or bringing the item to our location
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product, and the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after the product is received.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for a refund, including but not limited to:

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order was delivered by a third-party carrier (e.g., freight delivery), the return shipping costs may be your responsibility.
